Warner McCall Resilience have a long history and understanding of the threat environment. Working in the field of cyber and information security since the late 1980s, we have real world experience of dealing with cyber threats. Entrusted by government departments to deal with threats from nation states; working in high-level Homeland Security, MoD, UK Special Forces and National Intelligence agencies roles – we are a team of trusted, professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced individuals.

Leveraging our experience gained in defence and national intelligence, we have successfully transferred our cyber security skills to the commercial world. Working collaboratively with clients across a range of sectors, our hard won expertise helps them defend, respond, recover and learn from cyber attacks. Johnny Norris

Johnny has combined a highly successful military career with wide-ranging experience gathered over 15 years in the commercial world. He has led solution driven engagements with a focus on complex transformation and operational change projects. Over the last 18 months, he has worked with a major government client on a large-scale transformation project that radically changes the way that their people, processes and systems deal with nation-state digital threats.

Al Sweet

Al’s credentials stem from a background of 23 years’ combat and training delivery in high-threat operational environments in the British Army and UK Special Forces, blended with a range of commercial experience. In collaboration with various government departments, he played a critical role in developing cutting-edge operational capabilities to defend against a range of threats to national security with teams at MoD DE&S, UK Special Forces and GCHQ.

Tom Clifford

Tom has over 30 years’ consultancy experience specialising in strategic performance improvement and the management of complex organisational change across a wide range of industries, both in the UK and internationally.  Tom spent 8 years with the “Big 4” consultancies before establishing himself as an independent consultant in 1995. He holds a longstanding Associate role with KPMG.

Isabel Thompson

Isabel has over 20 years experience helping clients to evolve, adapt and grow their businesses, both in the UK and internationally. She has a background in ‘Big 4’ management consultancy where she specialised in technology-led organisational change and business development. Her experience spans a number of sectors including aerospace and defence, manufacturing, retail, financial services and the public sector.
